One of Andrea's notable areas of specialization is providing specific, research-based interventions for reading, which demonstrates her commitment to evidence-based teaching practices. 

Throughout her career, Andrea has gained valuable experience in various educational settings. She has taught in North Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia, showcasing her adaptability and versatility in working with students from different regions. Additionally, Andrea has held significant leadership roles in the education sector. She served as the former system-wide Coordinator for Putnam County Schools in Tennessee, where she demonstrated her ability to oversee educational initiatives and coordinate efforts across multiple schools. Furthermore, Andrea served as an Instructional Coach for Jefferson County Schools in West Virginia, highlighting her skill in providing support and guidance to teachers to enhance their instructional practices. Andrea's dedication to education is evident through her involvement as a Hope Scholarship-approved vendor in West Virginia. This status signifies her compliance with the state's rigorous standards and her commitment to delivering high-quality interventions.
